Cardinal training is tailored to your Cardinal Security Profile to ensure you receive the exact curriculum for your responsibilities.

The Assignment Process:

Role-based access requested via Cardinal Security Form (Core Users) or assigned via Hire Setup (ESS TA).

Role(s) mapped to your Cardinal Security Profile.

Tailored curriculum based on your Cardinal Security Profile is pushed to COVLC (processed weekly).

Self-paced modules available on-demand for all learners. Required WBTs are pre-assigned.

ILT

Instructor-Led Training

Live facilitated sessions by the Cardinal Training Team for select core users. Virtual and In-Person options are available.

Note that all Cardinal ILTs require you to complete the associated Web-Based Training (WBT) prerequisite courses before the Enroll button becomes available.

Yes! You can access Cardinal courses at any time via the COVLC Course Catalog.

Web-Based Training (WBT): These are available on-demand. You can relaunch them whenever you need a quick refresher.
Instructor-Led Training (ILT): You can search the catalog to view and enroll in upcoming sessions relevant to your role.

Note: To enroll in an ILT session, you must first complete all associated Web-Based Training (WBT) prerequisites. The Enroll button will only become available once these requirements are met.

Cardinal Virtual Training
