Effective Monday, April 27, VITA is retiring SMS (text) and phone call MFA options for Non-COV agencies.

Non-COV agency users currently using text or phone call verification for Cardinal login must switch to a supported MFA method before April 27. 

COV Agency users: SMS and voice call multi-factor authentication (MFA) are being phased out according to a schedule set by VITA. Please look for an update from your agency regarding your specific transition date.
